Step 1
We source neglected housing or buildings that may currently be uninhabited and put a plan into place to create high quality, affordable homes.
Step 2
Working with our long-term and short-term investors, we secure funding by providing a comprehensive Investor Pack, including projections of return, on the chosen property(s).
Step 3
Develop the property using our team of UK-wide property professionals and project managers to oversee each project. We sell off-plan or work with institutions to refinance projects quickly to minimise time and risk to our investors, maximising returns.

Arpley Street, Warrington
We purchased 18 Arpley Street in August of 2019. The property was sourced by our project manager, who knew we had other properties in Warrington and were looking to build our portfolio in that area. With some architect sketches to hand, we went to view the property to plan what we could do to create an uplifting, comfortable and safe home for future housemates. The building company transformed what was originally a 3-bedroom semi-detached family home into an 8-bedroom Next Level HMO® property.
