Who is the Mastermind for?

The HMO Platform Mastermind is for existing HMO landlords who want to improve the profitability of their existing portfolios as well as learn how to source, design, build and fund Next Level HMOs.

What is a Next Level HMO?

A Next Level HMO is a highly profitable shared rental property. Most Next Level HMOs will go through some element of planning permission. They can be converted from houses or commercial buildings, but will gain a large uplift in value, a large turnover and, using economies of scale, greater profit.

What is covered in the Mastermind?

The Mastermind is a whole day of learning and coached problem solving. Every month our Masterminders benefit from new bespoke education relevant to the group from an industry expert and Niall and Matt’s experience.

Every Masterminder gets at least 30 minutes solely focussed on their strategy and their current issues so that they get away with actionable steps to get them closer to their goals.

How many people are there in your Mastermind?

The group is capped at 10 businesses. Any more than this and the benefits of Masterminding get watered down.
