3 bed BTL semidetached property in Portsmouth to a 7 bed Next Level coliving development.

The property was originally rented as a 3 bed BTL but had the capacity to be more, without compromising the sizes of bedrooms or living spaces. We purchased the property in September 2019 from the previous owner and it was in a pretty neglected state. Using permitted development rights, we converted the loft space to accommodate 2 x double ensuite bedrooms.

250 Wellington Road South, Stockport 

We purchased this property in 2018. It was an office building with permitted development for up to 9 flats. Over 18 months, we developed the site into 7 flats, and 22 bedrooms to suit the layout of the property. Gaining planning permission, we altered the externals of the property to achieve the maximum number of rooms internally whilst also bringing the building back to its former glory.

The interiors were designed to suit the high-end Manchester market of young professionals interested in coliving.

We purchased 18 Arpley Street in August of 2019. The property was sourced by our project manager, who knew we had other properties in Warrington and were looking to build our portfolio in that area. With some architect sketches to hand, we went to view the property to plan what we could do to create an uplifting, comfortable and safe home for future housemates. The building company transformed what was originally a 3-bedroom semi-detached family home into an 8-bedroom Next Level HMO® property.

We purchased this property in July 2018. At the time, it was a large hairdresser with a garage to the rear and a 2-bed flat above. We obtained planning permission to connect the garage to the property and re-design the internal layout to create a hairdresser and a 4 bed, Next Level HMO ® property.
